Kathleen Frascona, NCPM, MPD is a highly accomplished nationally certified US civil and family mediator, developmental consultant, trainer, negotiator and keynote speaker. Based in Hershey, Pennsylvania, Kathleen has built up a large and very successful practice working both on her own account and as a member of Prime Dispute the internationally regarded ADR organisation. She is committed to the ASM Plus principles of early dispute avoidance and early dispute resolution, which is reflected in her excellent track record.

In 2009, Kathleen founded KMF Consulting and in 2019 she brought another ASM Plus associate, Arlene Kiefer, who is based in Brazil, into her practice. She has a long, successful track record in helping individuals, businesses large and small and not-for-profit boards to address internal and external difficulties and disagreements, and to implement mechanisms and stratagems for resolving them to enhance their day to day and long-term performance and successes. She does so by listening compassionately but neutrally and professionally, facilitating open conversations and resolutions, and helps clients to achieve very good outcomes even in the most unpromising circumstances.

A tireless, utterly committed and both nationally and internationally focussed professional, in the course of her career Kathleen has provided contracted training assistance to local Amazon locations and mediated for a wide range of business organisations including: marine, oil rigging and engineering companies; cemeteries; private medical facilities; large and small hotel chains. She serves as a consultant and facilitator for several organisations including large corporate US and European entities, leading them through long-term planning and conflict resolution processes. She has also trained and coached entrepreneurs, individuals returning to the workforce and/or making a change in their career direction, students, school district personnel, stay at home parents and those involved in child related disputes. She assists police departments, sheriffs’ offices and her local magistrates courts and accepts referrals from church-based organisations.

Amongst her innumerable accomplishments, Kathleen has created over 48 different training and coaching programmes which have been used very successfully both in the US and the UK.
